Digital Marketing Associate

As our Digital Marketing Associate at Vivi5 Studios, your primary responsibility will be to develop marketing strategies and perform marketing activities to improve visibility, andbring engagement while helping the company with lead generation. You will market our creative services on state, country, and international levels to contribute to the company's timely business goals. While you connect with prospective clients, you will maintain productive relationships with our current clients to influence continued business.

You will also help the company review promotions that are underperforming, overused, under-delivered & build moments like never before.

For this role, it's necessary you have an interest in the fields of animations, films, storytelling and creative advertising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and Strategy for the Marketing Activities that are to be executed, both outbound and inbound.
- Set and follow Budget Planned as per the requirements & funds allocated.
- Have excellent skills for creating well-rounded digital strategies for a diverse range of clients
- Work closely with the design and content teams to implement and run campaigns that deliver results
- Be adverse at marketing tools like SEO, paid search, digital advertising, content marketing, Social Media business and more.
- Have attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills; and a professional demeanor.
- Develop engaging content for regularly scheduled posts, to enlighten audiences and promote our brand-focused messages, works and more.
- Help the design team understand the content trends for the preparation of creative Marketing Collaterals for studio and clients.
- Come up with trending / relevant content themes that sync well with our brand marketing, positioning and business goals.
- Set, Create, Execute, do Regular Monitoring and Optimizing ad campaigns on platform like Linkedin, google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, twitter, etc.
- Do timely audits and analyses of our brand’s effective positioning, including digital marketing engagement vs costs vs returns.
- Contribute to driving daily/weekly/monthly revenues/other business objectives, across campaigns.
- Show visible improvement in generating marketing impact and bettering efficiencies
- Do hands-on copywriting, editing, creation across different content categories such as videos, presentations, animations, posters, social media posts, etc.
- Knowing the basics of photoshop, color & font usage; is a big plus.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communication or journalism.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes Self starter, good team player.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Good analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning existing processes. Goal-driven and target-oriented while being able to step back and look at the bigger picture.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to meet deadlines while being open to feedback and enhancements as the design thinking processes.
- Good attention to detail in editing content and deep dive and identify root causes of issues
- Good at problem solving, data analysis and troubleshooting issues related to content editing

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
