We are looking for Ticketing Associates for our Client Organization

Qualification: Graduation

Working Day: Monday
- Saturday

Shift Timing: 11 AM-8PM

Job Location: Metropolitan City

SOME BASIC KRA’s:
1. Scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights, including checking weather conditions and making changes as needed

2. Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules

3. Collecting payment from customers for airline tickets, including cash, credit card transactions, checks, or money orders

4. Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records

5. Explaining airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights

6. Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors

7. Processing boarding passes and checking identification of passengers prior to allowing them to enter the airport termina
