Position**:Ticketing Executive**

**Location**: Newtown, Kolkata
**Department**: Travel Operations
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary Range**:13,000 - 17,000 per month**(based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Process flight reservations and issue tickets through GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or similar)
- Manage ticket amendments, cancellations, and refunds
- Handle customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, pricing, and policies
- Coordinate with airlines to resolve ticketing issues and secure best fares
- Generate and verify travel documentation for clients
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client information
- Support the sales team with technical ticketing expertise
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare structures, and industry regulations

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing role
- Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Strong understanding of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications
- IATA or equivalent travel industry certification
- Experience with multiple GDS systems
- Knowledge of international travel documentation requirements
- Additional language skills
