Helpdesk Executive/ Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- **Clerical duties**: Maintain a filing system, accept postage and freight, and order supplies.
- **Customer service**: Remain calm and professional when addressing concerns, and resolve issues or direct them to the right person.
- **Multitasking**: Be able to deal with emergencies and streamline office operations.
- **Time management**: Be able to manage time well and prioritize tasks.
- **Technical skills**: Use software like bookkeeping programs, education platforms, and office software suites.
- **Organizational skills**: Be able to maintain the reception area.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Weekend availability
