Shift In Charge Electrical Maintenance

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Shift with a team of 1 Electrician and 1 fitter
- Ensure PM As per PMMS Check Sheet
- Electrical repair work like IGBT replacement of ER/LT/Power source modules
- Shift Breakdown handling and manpower allocation
- Electrical preventive maintenance
- Breakdown Analysis and countermeasure plan for shift breakdown.
- Machine overhauling as per Yearly calendar
- Maintenance planning and troubleshooting of testing lab m/cs
- Siemens Module cleaning of ACO Cell M/cs during Holiday/Shutdown.
- **Qualification and Skills**:

- BE in Electrical/Electronics with 5 -10 years of experience
- Worked as shift in charge in Machine shop since last 4-5 years
- CNC System (Siemens-802 ,828 & 840 D SL, 810 & 840 D Power Line, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc) troubleshooting and its preventive maintenance
- _Marposs System Trouble shooting _
- PLC Logic modification and online fault diagnosis
- Electrical Control circuit troubleshooting
- Having hands on Experience of Grinding, Milling, Hard Turning, EFD Induction hardening, Rolling,
- Basic Knowledge of LT and ER Module Checking and replacement of IGBT, Cards, Power supply etc.
- Training on Siemens CNC System (840 D power line, 810 D power line ,802 D SL, 828 D SL, 840 D SL)
Training on Fanuc CNC Power mate
