**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and manage the daily transportation schedule for students and staff.
- Supervise and coordinate with drivers, attendants, and support staff.
- Ensure all school vehicles are in good working condition through regular maintenance and servicing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vehicles, fuel usage, insurance, permits, and driver documentation.
- Conduct route planning to optimize travel time, fuel efficiency, and safety.
- Monitor GPS tracking systems and ensure real-time updates are available for school authorities and parents, if applicable.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and traffic regulations by all transport staff.
- Handle emergencies, breakdowns, or delays promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular training sessions for drivers and attendants on safety, student handling, and first aid.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding transport-related matters.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing school or institutional transport.
- Strong knowledge of transport laws, vehicle maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in route planning and fleet management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and transport tracking systems is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a school environment is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to manage ground-level operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
