**Job Description: Inspection Officer** **Position**: Inspection Officer **Department**: Operations **Reports To**: Regional Manager and Deputy General Manager **Key Responsibilities**: **1. Night Inspections**: - Conduct regular and adequate night inspections to ensure operational effectiveness and address any issues in real-time. **2*. **Quality Assurance:* - Oversee and ensure the quality of deployment of guards at all assigned units. - Ensure that Field Officers adhere to guard quality criteria while hiring guards for respective units. **3. Guard Quality Standards**: - Develop and enforce quality standards for guards based on the client's budget and specific requirements. - Ensure that guards deployed meet these quality benchmarks consistently. **4. Client Interaction and Retention**: - Act as the company's "eye and ear," gathering valuable feedback from clients regarding service quality. - Predict potential concerns and proactively communicate them to the Regional Manager and General Manager for swift resolution. - Strive to ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns and maintaining high service standards. **5. Monitoring and Supervision**: - Continuously monitor Field Officers' activities to ensure adherence to quality guidelines and company standards. - Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Manager and General Manager regarding operational performance and challenges. **6.
