Security Officer (Retired Army Personnel Preferred)

**Reports to**: Head of Security / Facility Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure overall security and surveillance of the premises.
- Supervise entry and exit points; manage access control systems.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; respond to alerts promptly.
- Conduct regular patrolling and inspections to identify risks or irregularities.
- Handle emergency situations (fire, medical, or security threats) efficiently.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
- Train and supervise subordinate security staff if required.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Uphold company security protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Retired personnel from the Army / Defense Forces (JCO/NCO preferred).
- Proven experience in physical security or facility protection.
- Strong leadership, situational awareness, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and act swiftly in emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of fire-fighting, first aid, and evacuation procedures.
- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods.
- Working knowledge of security equipment and technology (CCTV, scanners, etc.).
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
