- **Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Provide detailed information about products or services to customers.
- **Inbound Calls**:

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address their concerns professionally.
- Assist with queries related to product features, pricing, or services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers regarding feedback, product updates, or promotional offers.
- **Sales & Targets**:

- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales through persuasive communication.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Update customer details and call interactions in the database or CRM system.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on call activities and results.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:_
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- **Experience**: Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication in [specify language(s)] with a friendly and confident tone.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or databases.
