Position: Tellecaller

Location: Shivajinagar,pune

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: 9 to 12k

Key responsibilities:
- Handling the incoming and outgoing calls
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls.
- Understanding the purpose of the call and handing over the call to the concerned person.
- Cross verifying and maintaining the reports on a daily basis
- Ensuring the call back calls are connected in the specified time
- Maintaining the decorum in the telephone department
- Provide basic and accurate information to the clients
- Ensuring the client’s entries are accurately entered into the system
- Any other work assigned by the organization depending on the nature of work

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
