We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistic Security Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations at our logistics and warehouse facilities. The role involves managing security staff, monitoring safety protocols, ensuring the protection of goods, vehicles, and premises, and maintaining compliance with company and legal requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily activities of security guards and ensure proper deployment at all logistic points.
- Monitor the movement of vehicles, materials, and goods entering and leaving the facility.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure the safety of premises, warehouses, and transportation areas.
- Investigate and report any security breaches, incidents, or irregular activities.
- Maintain access control systems and verify visitor and staff entry.
- Train and guide security personnel on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth and safe movement of consignments.
- Prepare daily security reports and maintain records for management review.
- Enforce compliance with safety and security policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably in logistics, transport, or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and incident handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, report writing).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
