Security Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards.
- Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections to ensure all areas are secure.
- Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and respond to alerts.
- Assign duties and shifts to security personnel and maintain attendance records.
- Train new security staff and provide ongoing coaching on procedures and emergency response.
- Investigate incidents, write reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Act as the point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with management and law enforcement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Maintain inventory of security equipment and ensure functionality.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or security training is a plus.
- Valid security license (as required by local regulations).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and take control during stressful situations.
