**About the Role**

As a Social Media Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Ideate, develop and execute own comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Brand Identity and Tonality for Dusaan as a marketplace platform.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for social media success across all online and offline channels (Channels including but not limited to Online Social Media, Digital Marketing, Influencers, Affiliates; Offline
- Fleas, Print, Radio, Other Ads)
- Create shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Foster positive relationships with followers and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Continuously track and measure campaign performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- Collaborate and work with various teams (catalogue operations, sales) to implement strategies.
- Stay informed about current social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Incorporate new features and trends into the social media strategy.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn is a must.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
