Social Media Associate

**Job Summary**: As a Social Media Associate at Studio Brahma, you will play a crucial role in working on projects and be a key advisor to the agency’s clients to help them enhance their online presence and engage with the desired target audience across various social media platforms. This dynamic role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about digital communication and social media trends. As a key member of our marketing team, you will contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies that align with our brand objectives and to that of the projects that you work on.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and maintain the various social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and others.

**Account Pitches and Presentation**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to account pitches and presentations.
- Present social media strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Content Generation**:

- Create compelling and shareable content tailored for each social media platform.
- Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to maximize reach and engagement.

**Reporting**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Liaison with Associates**:

- Build and maintain relationships with associates, influencers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with external partners for joint social media initiatives.

**Community Engagement**:

- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.
- Identify and engage with online communities relevant to our industry.

**Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

**Stay Updated on Trends**:

- Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Incorporate innovative strategies to keep the company's social media presence fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Associate or similar role.
- Excellent Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance.
- Strong visualisation and problem solving mindset.

**Additional Skills**:

- Familiarity with social media management & analytics tools.
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Experience in account management and client interaction.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

**Work Location**
- Work from home for next 6 months
- May be required to join corporate office in Noida/Delhi thereafter

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
