We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual preferably male to join our team as a Sales Promoter, responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers inside stores. As a sales Promoter, your role will be to engage with store customers, offer them samples of our products (Flavored Nuts), and entice them to make a purchase.

**Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell our products to customers inside the store.
- Engage with walking customers in a friendly and professional manner, explaining the features and benefits of our products. Offer samples of the products to customers, highlighting their quality and taste.
- Provide detailed information about the product quality.
- Answer customer questions regarding the products, addressing any concerns or doubts.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the store's policies
- Adhere to the company's dress code policy by wearing the designated company dress while on duty, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance.
- Prepare daily reports on sales activities, including the number of samples given out, customer feedback, and sales conversions.

**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or product promotion is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, with the ability to engage customers in a positive manner.
- Strong persuasive and selling skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Freelance, Contractual / Temporary, Fresher
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
