Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential leads (students and parents) to promote study abroad programs and services.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for prospective students to meet with counsellors or attend informational sessions.

Follow-up: Follow up with leads to nurture them through the enrolment process.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, inquiries, and leads in the CRM system.

Customer Service: Address any queries or concerns raised by prospective students in a professional and courteous manner.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Ability to handle rejection and objections positively

Good organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Knowledge of study abroad processes and programs is a plus

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
