**Job Title: Process Associate - Voice Process (US Client)**

**Job Overview**:As a Process Associate in the Voice Process for our US client, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to navigate through systems to provide accurate and timely information.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Respond to customer inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.

**Issue Resolution**:Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow established processes and protocols to ensure accurate and effective issue resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.

**Product/Service Knowledge**:Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the client.
Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, and any changes in offerings.

**Documentation**:Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the system.
Maintain organized and detailed records of customer communications.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about process updates.

**Quality Assurance**:Adhere to quality standards and guidelines in all customer interactions.
Participate in quality assurance processes to continuously improve service delivery.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
