**Role Description**This is a contract role for a Process Associate located on-site in Greater Kolkata Area. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for daily tasks related to business process outsourcing (BPO), analytical skills, finance, customer service, and communication.

**Qualifications**
- Must possess effective time management and organizational skills. Stellar customer service skills and the ability to de-escalate customer frustration. Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and objectively. Dedication to the customer experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Team oriented and self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
