**Preventive Maintenance**: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns, such as cleaning electrical panels, tightening connections, and replacing worn-out parts.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure that electrical systems adhere to safety codes and regulations. Address any safety hazards promptly.

**Upgrades and Modifications**: Install new electrical equipment or make modifications to existing systems to accommodate changes in usage or technological advancements.

**Emergency Response**: Respond to emergency situations, such as power outages or electrical hazards, and restore power and safety as quickly as possible.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements for future reference and compliance purposes.

**Coordination**: Coordinate with other maintenance personnel, contractors, and management to plan and execute maintenance projects effectively.

**Maintenance Plumbing Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Inspection and Assessment**: Regularly inspect plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipes to identify leaks, clogs, and other issues.

**Repair and Replacement**: Repair or replace damaged or faulty plumbing components, such as faucets, toilets, pipes, and water heaters.

**Clearing Blockages**: Use appropriate tools and methods to clear clogs and blockages in drains, pipes, and sewer lines.

**Maintenance of Water Heaters**: Perform maintenance on water heaters, including flushing sediments, checking pressure relief valves, and ensuring proper functioning.

**Pipe Maintenance**: Monitor and address issues related to pipe corrosion, leaks, and rust to prevent water damage and maintain water quality.

**Septic Systems and Sewage**: Maintain and repair septic systems, sewage pumps, and related components to ensure proper waste disposal.

**Preventive Maintenance**: Implement preventive maintenance practices, such as cleaning drains and inspecting water lines, to prevent major plumbing issues.

**Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure the safety of the plumbing systems and occupants.

**Emergency Response**: Respond to plumbing emergencies, such as burst pipes or major leaks, and take immediate action to mitigate damage and restore functionality.

**Documentation**: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements for future reference and compliance purposes.

**Coordination**: Coordinate with other maintenance personnel, contractors, and management to plan and execute plumbing maintenance and repair projects efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
