We are hiring the position of RMA (Raw Material Assistant)

**position: RMA (Raw Material Assistant)**

Work Experience: - 1 to 2 Years

salary : 15 to 17k

location : mumbai

Education:

- 12th Pass / Graduation

Notice period: 15 Days & Immediately Joiner

Office Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM Should be flexible

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Responsible for record and movement of Material

Company is specialized in providing services into Telecom Solutions, Surveillance Systems, Access Control Devices, Intrusion Alarms, Fire Safety Solutions, etc.

**Key responsibilities:

- **
- Managing Inventory of available Stock
- Store / Issue / Receipt of Material
- Maintaining record of all inward and outward material
- End to End co-ordination with Service Department / Client / Repair Vendors
- If any request received from Service Team for faulty equipment at Client location:

- Supply of standby equipment to client
- Co-ordination for logistics of equipment with Courier Agency / Front Desk / Office Boy
- Co-ordination with Service Department for installation of stand by equipment and return of faulty equipment at Store Dept.
- If faulty equipment repaired at Store, arrangement for sending the same at Client location and co-ordination for installation of the same.
- If not repairable at Store, equipment sent to vendors for repairing.
- Complete logistic of equipment from Client location to Store Dept., Repair Vendor and again to Client location and to insure of installation with co-ordination with Service Team.
- Ensuring return of standby equipment
- Preparation of delivery challans, tracking of logistics, maintaining all necessary registers, track the movement of standby / new / faulty equipment, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Tally and excel is must.
