**Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search visibility and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to drive traffic to product pages.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews, providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and make recommendations for product expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and inventory management to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory replenishment.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably on Amazon or Flipkart platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is desirable.
