**We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Female Preferred)**

Are you passionate about social media, brimming with creative ideas, and comfortable in front of the camera? We’re looking for a talented **Social Media Manager** to join our team and help us grow brands with innovative strategies and engaging content

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Create and execute strategies to generate quality leads through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage all digital accounts, including creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
- Monitor social media platforms for engagement, respond to comments, and build an online community.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design graphics, write captions, and use storytelling to enhance brand visibility.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- **Paid Campaigns**:

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media to boost reach and conversions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance and cost efficiency.
- **Brand Building**:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep the brand competitive.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with digital advertising tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

**Key Competencies**:

- Creativity and innovation in content development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for staying ahead in digital marketing trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
