**Job Highlights**:

- Act as the **Single Point of Contact** (SPOC) for all Business Partner (BP) master data requests in Master Data Services.
- Manage end-to-end Business Partner data processes**:creation, changes, deletion, blocking, and unblocking**.
- Ensure compliance with **Process & Data Governance data owner rules**, **country-specific documentation**, and **data standards**.
- Perform **standardized checks** and authorize final release of Business Partner records.
- Collaborate globally with **Business Units, Global Functions, PDG, and IT** to enhance data quality.
- Drive and participate in **data quality improvement initiatives** and **process optimization projects**.
- Review and take decisions (approve/reject) on new or change requests for BP master data.
- Support and execute **reporting processes** to monitor and improve data quality.
- Create and maintain **data documentation**; deliver **on-the-job and on-demand training** on data maintenance processes.
- Creation of 'Business Partner' new or change requests for multiple LXS Entities.

**Requirements**:

- Specific Education: Any Graduate
- Work Experience: 3 to 5 (Anyone with Operational Experience in Master Data Creation / Updation / Cleansing)
- Special Skills: Professional experience in the **Master Data Management**/ **Master Data Environment**. Analytical thinking. Project experience.
