**About the job**
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. As an Inside Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in the success of the company. You will be responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new business from them, whether it is an individual or organization that requires products/services sold on behalf of PaySprint. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
**Roles and Responsibility**
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
**Qualification and Experience**
- Proven Sales experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
