**Task Role Statement**

**Data Strategy Activities**
Ownership & compilation of operational analytics of AltQuad (Logs, efficiency tracking,

etc)
Ownership & compilation of data analytics of each department at AltQuad
Compiling & communicating the logs & statement of work to all our service clientele
Monthly book closure & preparation of MIS (financials, client profitability, cost analysis, MRR, CARR, etc)
Implementation of Zoho Analytics to present all the data analytics of AltQuad on a visualization dashboard

**Bookkeeping & Treasury Activities**

Bookkeeping & regular BRS for AltQuad
Accounts Receivables - Customer master maintenance, invoicing furnishing & payment collections from customers
Accounts Payables - handling the entire procure to pay cycle at AltQuad

Bankers relationship management & treasury functions
Best practices/controls/automation/implementation through Zoho Finance apps (Zoho Books, Zoho Expense,
Zoho Subscriptions, Zoho Contracts, etc.)
Implementing best financial practises and controls at
AltQuad
Supporting AltQuad's auditors for closing yearly audit and finalisation of Books of Accounts

**Compliance Activities**

Monthly GST payments & filing of AltQuad

Monthly TDS payments & quarterly TDS filing of AltQuad
PF, PT, ESIC payments and ensuring compliance through our outsourced partners

Supporting AltQuad's consultants for IT return filing
Carry out/ support other compliances as may be needed/ once activated

**Skills Required**:
Zoho Books, Tally ERP/ Tally Prime, Quickbooks, Oracle ERP

MS Excel

Communication in English and Hindi (verbal and written)

**Knowledge Required**

Book-keeping and accounting

GST rules and return filing

TDS rules and return filing

Payroll compliances - basics

**Qualifications Required**

Graduate/ post graduate

**Experience Required**

Books of accounts finalisation

GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing, GSTR-2B vs books reconciliation

TDS payments and return filing

MS excel

Dealing with customers and vendors
