**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including follow-up for timely collections.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- **GST Compliance**:

- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all GST laws and regulations.
- Reconcile GST accounts, including input tax credit (ITC) and output tax liabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest GST amendments and their implications.
- Assist in GST audits and assessments, if required.
- **TDS Compliance**:

- Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per applicable rates and regulations.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) accurately and on time.
- Issue TDS certificates to vendors and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all TDS provisions.
- Handle any TDS-related queries or discrepancies.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate various financial reports (MIS reports) as required by management.
- Assist in financial analysis and budget preparation.
- **General**:

- Liaise with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience as an Account Executive or Accountant.
- **Mandatory**: Proven expertise in GST compliance and TDS regulations, including return filing.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP 9 or similar.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Immediate joiner preferred.**:
