**Responsibilities**:
**Design**:

- Collaborate with senior designers to develop innovative designs that meet client requirements and market demands.
- Create sketches, 3D modelling, renders and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Ensure that designs are technically feasible and align with production requirements.
- Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

**Interior / Art Décor Expertise**:

- Utilize knowledge of interior design principles and art décor trends to enhance product aesthetics and functionality.
- Stay updated on emerging interior design styles, color schemes, and decorative elements to incorporate into product designs.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects and decorators to integrate products seamlessly into hotels, residential and commercial spaces.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and production, to coordinate efforts and achieve project goals.
- Provide support to senior designers and contribute to brainstorming sessions and design critiques.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing ideas, offering constructive feedback, and participating in team activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design/Interior Design/Art, or related field.
- Prior experience in art field, design, client servicing, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and interact with clients effectively.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to translate client preferences into compelling design solutions.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Passion for design, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
