Position Title
Team Member Mechanical Maintenance - ECH
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
To ensure completion of plant maintenance activities as per standards & quality.
Key Individual Accountabilities
Closely monitor all the equipment installed at various well sites, Group Gathering Stations and Compressor stations
- Apart from routine day to day maintenance to all plant assets and maintains records/history sheets of all the equipment and analyse
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers and contractors
- Analyse and evaluate engineering and design changes, process enhancement and modifications to advise on the engineering impact of these changes, determine

operability and ensure appropriate maintenance procedures can be applied
- Ensure all the spare parts, tools needed for planned and emergency maintenance are ordered through purchase requisition
- Identify potential hazards and participate in Job safety analysis for all the high risk activities related to regular maintenance, planned shutdown and emergency maintenance
- Preparation of SOW/tender documents for all the maintenance/AMC jobs and services and technical evaluation of vendors as per company policy and procedures
- Preparation of maintenance budget and timely submission for approval
- Actively support and participate in al pigging activities
- Tracking for timely receipt of spares and Ensure timely preparation of GRN and service entries so as to release timely payments of vendors and contractors

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical with experience of 10+ years in Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Chemical industry.
- Exposure to similar chemical Plant Project would be an added advantage
- Should possess strong attention to detail and willingness to work through any issues that emerge
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills, team management skills & leadership skills.
- Should be able to align and engage team through effective communication. Understands and communicates the

purpose and contribution of the function to the overall business strategy
- Should have capability to build & nurture teams.
- Operational knowledge of Computers including SAP.
- Should have exposure of necessary statutory compliance.
- Should have knowledge & exposure of Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
