**Job Title**: Preschool Art and Craft Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute age-appropriate art and craft activities to enhance children's creativity and fine motor skills.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for children to express themselves artistically.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of art supplies and materials.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate art activities into the curriculum.
- Support and participate in school events and celebrations, including decorating classrooms and event venues.
- Help in decorating the school premises and event spaces for festivals, celebrations, and special functions.
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of children during all activities.
- Maintain records of student progress and display their artwork to motivate and build confidence.
- Stay updated with new art techniques and craft ideas suitable for preschool children.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with preschool children preferred.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
- Basic knowledge of art and craft materials and safety procedures.
