- Stay updated on marketing industry trends and integrate real-world case studies into the curriculum.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and faculty committees.
- Engage in community outreach and establish industry linkages for student placement and collaboration.
- Mentor and advise students regarding academic and career paths.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Ph.D. or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in teaching at the university level.
- Strong publication record or potential for impactful research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Desirable**:

- Industry experience in marketing or consulting.
- Experience in developing online/blended learning content.
- Familiarity with outcome-based education (OBE) and accreditation processes (e.g., NAAC, NBA, AACSB).

Pay: ₹20,415.27 - ₹35,000.00 per month
