Assitant Professor

Job Title: Assistant Professor (BBA/MBA)
- Salary: ₹20,000-25,000 per month
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of teaching or relevant industry experience

- Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver lectures for BBA and MBA programs based on industry-relevant curriculum.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and career pursuits.
- Develop innovative teaching methodologies, including case studies and real-world examples.
- Evaluate and assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Engage in research, publish academic papers, and contribute to the institution’s academic growth.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the learning environment.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to provide practical exposure to students.
- Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Management (MBA) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- NET/SET qualification or Ph.D. in Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching aids like PowerPoint, e-learning tools, and case study techniques.
