**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each open healthcare position.
- Develop comprehensive and compelling job descriptions, outlining the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications for each role.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote our organization as a leading employer in the healthcare industry.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to continually enhance the recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare job roles, qualifications, and industry-specific regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical and legal recruitment practices.
