As a senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing the user interface and user experience of our digital products. You will play a pivotal role in driving the design of user-centric solutions that delight our customers. You will work closely with cross - functional teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet business objectives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential opportunities to improve existing web, apps, mobile and interactive designs.
- Work with junior designers on the team to monitor and ensure design across all areas of the website.
- Carries experience on Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to UI/UX Designs.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven Experience as a UI/UX Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
- Familiarity with user research techniques and user testing.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementation UI Designs.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹258,984.44 - ₹428,381.92 per year
