**Job Brief - **We are currently hiring a passionate, user centred UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. Will need to work on data analytics, data engineering product designed targeted at B2B customers comprising of business users, technical developers and so on.

We are hiring **Freshers** with technical background / certification in visual communication & design or

2- 3 **years of experience** in UI-UX field, preferably in B2B products.

**Mandatory Technical Skills**
- UX Research and design skills.
- Ability to create wireframes and prototype.
- Visual Communication, storytelling experience and Human Computer Interaction.
- Hands on expertise on HTML prototyping, converting designs to HTML/CSS files.
- Experience in Designing, Prototyping & Wireframing tools like Figma, Adobe, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Exposure and understanding of Data Analytics and Automation would be an added advantage.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
- Mapping the customer journey and creating HTML UI accordingly in any design tool. Hands on to convert design to HTML / CSS.
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables).
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams.
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the product.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
