E-commerce Executive

Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for performance across all devices.
- Upload and update product information, including descriptions, prices, images, and specifications.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and timely product launches.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize online strategies.
- Optimize product listings and website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Work with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for the website and other digital platforms.
- Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms and third-party vendors.
- Ensure smooth integration and functionality of external tools and services.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
