**Scope of Service of On-Campus Special Educator**:

- **Evaluate children** to identify those with learning disabilities, developmental delays, behavioral or emotional concerns.
- **Individualized Education Planning (IEP**)
- **Remedial & Academic Support**:

- **Behavioral & Emotional Support**:

- **Classroom Inclusion Support practices**:

- Engage parents on strategies to support learning and behavior at home.
- **Teacher Training & Sensitization**:

- **Collaboration with Experts** -when required
- **Documentation & Reporting** as per CBSE/NEP/RPWD (Act 2016) norms.

In short:
**The Special Educator’s role is educational support, inclusive teaching, and coordination.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 13 - 15 per week
