**Job Title**: Special Educator

**Reporting To**: Principal

**Job Type**: Full-Time
- **Job Summary**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction & Support**:

- Assess students’ learning needs through observations, assessments, and collaboration with other professionals.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s abilities and challenges.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support in academic and behavioral areas.
- Modify general education curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate students’ unique needs.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and strategies for support.
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other specialists when required.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and IEP goals.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and guidelines for special education.
- Participate in review meetings, audits, and reporting as per school and board requirements.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed on current best practices and legal requirements in special education.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent.
- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children with special needs in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of various learning disabilities (LD), ADHD, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), etc.
- Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to use assistive technology and inclusive teaching tools effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
