**Key Responsibilities**

**Estimate Review & Validation**
- Conduct in-depth technical reviews of all estimates before submission to the Director of Construction.
- Identify and correct:

- Incorrect materials or methods (e.g., coal tar sealer on concrete)
- Insufficient or excessive quantity assumptions (e.g., dumpster counts)
- Structural misunderstandings (e.g., inappropriate ceiling framing)
- Unit pricing mismatches (e.g., LF vs SF discrepancies)
- Vague or misleading scope descriptions (e.g., “upgrade lock”)

**Scope Accuracy & Quality Assurance**
- Ensure estimates clearly define:

- Scope of work
- Products and systems used
- Limits of work and exclusions
- Re-write inaccurate or vague scope notes in plain language suitable for client presentation.

**Pricing Management**
- Validate pricing logic by referencing and contributing to our internal pricing database.
- Work with the estimating lead to maintain and refine pricing based on:

- Market conditions
- Win/loss history
- Post-job profitability analysis

**Process & Presentation Oversight**
- Enforce use of standardized estimating forms and templates.
- Proofread estimates for spelling, grammar, formatting, and overall professionalism.
- Ensure all supporting materials (photos, videos, scope docs) are properly stored and referenced in the estimating folder.

**Team Collaboration & Mentorship**
- Guide and coach remote-based estimators on U.S. construction standards.
- Communicate clearly with project managers to clarify build methods and support scope development.
- Attend internal project reviews and pre-bid strategy meetings when needed.
- Present as client facing and friendly yet knowledgeable estimator if/when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction estimating (GC or trades preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. construction methods, systems, and terminology
- Skilled in reading architectural/structural plans
- Experience creating takeoffs, scopes, and pricing models
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and QA mindset

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
