**Job Title**: CNC Programmer / Machinist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CNC Programming**: Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to machine a wide range of parts and materials.
- **Precision & Accuracy**: Perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring parts are produced within tight tolerances and meet all design specifications.
- **Tool Path Planning**: Interpret engineering drawings and create efficient tool paths that streamline machining sequences, reduce cycle time, and maintain part quality.
- **Machine Setup & Operation**: Set up CNC machines, load tools, verify machine functions, and operate equipment to manufacture parts according to program specifications.
- **Troubleshooting & Adjustments**: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the machining process, making necessary adjustments to programs or machine settings to ensure quality and accuracy.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) to ensure conformance with specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, designers, and team members to ensure that project requirements are met and challenges are resolved quickly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for CNC programming (experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar software is a plus).
- Extensive experience in CNC machine setup, operation, and programming (3-axis, 4-axis, or multi-axis machines).
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work with tight tolerances.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Experience with quality control techniques and precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of a variety of CNC machines (lathe, mill, etc.) and their specific programming requirements.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.

**Education/Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification in CNC machining, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming.

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
