Gradeâ & location - Billable, T3, TML, ERC Pimpri, Pune Domain - ElectricalSub-Domain - Wiring HarnessJob Description & Responsi bility -a) DMU preparation and review.b) 3D routing of Wiring Harness with Electrical Properties and routing optimization. c) 2 D drawing in both CHS and Catia V5 d) Information Fitment Drawing preparation.e) Selection of fuses, relays, connectors, wires, co verings, parking clips/clamps. f) Knowledge to sheet Metal Design. g) In depth Knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness Design Stand ards.h) Knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness Manufacturing Process.i) Release in PLM.j) Sound Knowledge of Auto Electrical trou ble shooting.k) Sound Knowledge of Vehicular Electrical Components.l) Experience of Circuit Schematic Design.m) Engineering proce ss tools such as DFMEA, 8D, ECN, etc.n) Knowledge of DVLO / CVLO / SVLO / SAM / 4DDesign Software Tools: a) Experience in Catia V5 (Electrical module)b) Experience in CHS (Logic and Xc) c) Exposure to JT VisualizationDatabase Knowledge: Exposure to PLMAd ditional Requirements:a) Should be able to work in shifts.b) Willing to relocate as required.c) Should have good Communication sk ills.Education - Diploma in Engg. - Electrical / ElectronicsExperience - 3-6 years in Automotive Electrical
