एक होटल सुरक्षा गार्ड (Hotel Security Guard) का दायित्व मेहमानों, स्टाफ और होटल की संपत्ति की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना होता है। इसमें होटल परिसर की गश्त करना, सीसीटीवी की निगरानी करना, घटनाओं को संभालना और होटल की सुरक्षा नीतियों को लागू करना शामिल है।

**Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ)**:

- होटल परिसर (entrance, lobby, guest floors, parking, back areas) की नियमित गश्त।
- CCTV, अलार्म और एक्सेस कंट्रोल सिस्टम की निगरानी।
- संदिग्ध गतिविधियों या सुरक्षा खतरों की पहचान और तुरंत रिपोर्ट करना।
- आपातकालीन स्थिति (आग, चोरी, झगड़ा, दुर्घटना आदि) में त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया देना।
- मेहमानों और कर्मचारियों को सुरक्षा सहायता प्रदान करना।
- होटल की सुरक्षा नीतियों और नियमों का पालन करवाना।
- घटनाओं और सुरक्षा रिपोर्ट्स का डॉक्युमेंटेशन करना।
- आवश्यकतानुसार अन्य सिक्योरिटी स्टाफ का मार्गदर्शन/प्रशिक्षण।
**Requirements (योग्यता)**:

- हाइट: कम से कम 6 फुट (अनिवार्य)।
- शारीरिक रूप से फिट और सतर्क।
- न्यूनतम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव (Hotel / Security field)।
- अनुशासित, जिम्मेदार और प्रोफेशनल व्यवहार।
- 10वीं/12वीं पास, बेसिक पढ़ने-लिखने का ज्ञान।
- नाइट शिफ्ट और लंबे घंटे कार्य करने की क्षमता।
**Working Conditions (कार्य की शर्तें)**:

- 12 घंटे की शिफ्ट
- प्रति माह 4 सप्ताहिक अवकाश
- फ्री भोजन की सुविधा
- EPF और ESI
