Retail Security Guard

**Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor premises**: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure the security of property and personnel.
- **Surveillance**: Operate surveillance equipment (such as CCTV cameras) and observe real-time footage for any suspicious activities.
- **Access control**: Ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises by verifying identification and managing access points.
- **Incident response**: Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a timely and professional manner, and report to law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- **Record keeping**: Maintain accurate logs of incidents, daily activities, and safety checks.
- **Enforce rules**: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- **Customer service**: Provide assistance to visitors and employees while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- **Report writing**: Document any irregularities or security breaches and report findings to supervisors or management.
- **Emergency preparedness**: Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and provide first aid when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **High school diploma** or equivalent (required).
- **Previous experience** in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong **attention to detail** and observational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to **remain calm** under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- **Physically fit** with the ability to stand or walk for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
