**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Female Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Female Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote our services, explain our offerings, and generate interest in Votan Eco.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce Votan Eco and its features, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Explain the services offered by Votan Ventures and address any questions or concerns raised by potential customers.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Obtain and record customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our sales team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful follow-up on leads and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to persuade and influence customers while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
