Inspite Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a **Digital Marketing Trainee** for an **immediate joining** to support an ongoing project. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing digital marketing strategies for client projects.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
- Support Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Analyze digital marketing data and generate performance reports.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams for campaign execution.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Training & Evaluation**:

- **Duration**: 3 months (unpaid).
- Hands-on training with real-time projects.
- Performance-based assessment for full-time hiring opportunities.
