**Job Title**: Project Coordinator
**Location**: Chandigarh (Hybrid - Work From Office Mandatory)
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST
**Experience Required**: 2-4 Years
**Compensation**: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About App Knit**

As we expand our project and product capabilities, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator who can support requirement analysis, product documentation, client communication, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

**Position Overview**

This role is ideal for someone who has strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience in IT requirement gathering, and the ability to translate ideas into structured documentation and user stories.
You will work closely with clients, the design team, business analysts, and internal leadership on product planning, requirement documentation, feature structuring, and flow creation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation**
- Collect and analyze requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed **Scope of Work (SOW)**, **Requirement Documents**, and **Functional Specifications**.
- Convert requirements into well-structured **User Stories** with acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with clients to get requirement documents, user stories, and designs approved.
- Ensure all documents are professionally written, formatted, and up to date.

**2. Collaboration With the Design Team**
- Work closely with the UI/UX team to prepare designs based on user stories.
- Ensure design flows are consistent, logical, and aligned with the product vision.
- Track feedback, revisions, and maintain proper version control.
- Facilitate approval loops between the client and design team.

**3. Research & Analysis**
- Research relevant **APIs**, technology options, and integration strategies.
- Study competitive products/apps and propose improvements.
- Suggest best practices to ensure modern, scalable, and user-friendly product flows.
- Stay updated on industry trends affecting product design and user experience.

**4. Client Communication & Coordination**
- Act as the primary point of communication for requirement clarification and documentation discussions.
- Conduct review meetings, collect feedback, and document requirement changes.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between client, design team, development team, and internal departments.
- Track decisions, maintain logs, and ensure alignment on all deliverables.

**5. Product Flow Planning**
- Structure the product journey, modules, and overall architecture in a clear, logical manner.
- Break down features into Basic, Moderate, and Advanced/Rich modules.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Leads to define scalable flows.
- Ensure all functional flows follow competitive and user-centered design patterns.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT project coordination, requirement gathering, or product coordination.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and product documentation practices.
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Based in or open to relocating to the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula).
- Experience working on requirement-heavy or product-heavy projects.
- Comfortable with hybrid work structure and collaborative team environments.
