Job Title: Content Creator (Tamil & English) with Digital Marketing Knowledge

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Create and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, and carousels) for social media platforms in Tamil and English.

Develop engaging scripts and captions that resonate with the target audience.

Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content reach.

Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.

Work closely with the design and video editing teams to develop visually appealing content.

Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.

Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.

Research and implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).

Experience in content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.

Experience in using content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.

Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media trends.

Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.

Experience in running social media ad campaigns is a plus.
