We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team for the night shift. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and freshers to showcase their creativity and contribute to exciting projects while working remotely during the night shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create engaging visual content for various digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns, product packaging, and other collateral.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (or strong portfolio) in graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work during night shifts.
