**Key Responsibilities**

**Sourcing and Procurement**
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for fabrics, raw materials, and trims required for production.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficiency and timely procurement.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, material innovations, and alternative sourcing options.

**Inventory and Supply Chain Management**
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and ensure timely replenishment to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory.

**Factory Operations Oversight**
- Oversee factory production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with production teams to align material availability with production requirements.
- Address and resolve operational challenges, including staffing, equipment, or process-related issues.

**Order Management**
- Liaise with clients and sales teams to confirm order specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Monitor order progress, ensuring compliance with client expectations and factory capabilities.
- Prepare and present regular status reports on order performance and factory operations.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**
- Ensure all sourced materials meet the required quality standards and certifications.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures in line with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address any defects or discrepancies in materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
