**Job Title**: Sales Co-ordinator
Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in sales coordination / customer support
Job Location: Lower Parel
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an organized & efficient sales support & marketing promotions specialist, responsible to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
▪ Preparing offers / quotations and sending the same to clients
▪ Following up with customers about their order status. ▪ Maintaining reports & databases about the clients and offers
▪ Co-ordination with sales team and accounts team for dispatches ▪ Sending dispatch details to the clients
▪ Coordination with transporters
▪ Handling exhibition related tasks
▪ Responding to customer queries and providing them with required details/documents
▪ Assisting with digital marketing & co-ordinating with the social media design agency for design creatives for marketing & promotional activities.
▪ Other duties as assigned.
**Skills**:▪ Excellent communication skills.
▪ Excellent team working and customer service skills.
▪ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
▪ Computer literacy and typing skills.
▪ Any knowledge / experience regarding digital marketing design / content writing / graphic designing will be preferred
Qualifications:
▪ Graduation
▪ Any additional relevant degree beyond graduation will be advantageous.
