Role Summary

A Career Counselor works closely with senior business development professionals to help expand the company's customer base, revenue streams, and market reach. This role involves tasks related to research, lead generation, relationship management, and administrative support, with the goal of contributing to the company's overall growth and success.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide and counsel students on academic matters, course selection, and career paths.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the courses and programs offered by Blitz Academy.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students identify their academic goals and develop personalized plans.
- Assess students' interests, skills, and abilities to recommend suitable courses and career options.
- Monitor students' progress and provide guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success and satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain records of student interactions, inquiries, and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in educational policies.
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of Blitz Academy's academic counseling services.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
